Furkant

Furkant is where it all began.

When the study association had organized a trip to Varna, 4 of the students (Mees, Jonathan, Ruben and Furkant) were left out of the selection. The boys acquired their tickets separately and still went on the trip. Although the living conditions of the apartment were questionable because of the scuffed bathroom, the ‘katerwater’ or the ‘criss cross sleeping position’, they had no regrets booking that trip.

Furkant went home after a long day and went to bed when the other 3 boys went out to a cafe.
When they were out having fun, they didn’t forget Furkant and started a legendary lore that took them quite a few tries to make.

They made the ‘Furkant’; a rotating image with his face plastered on every side that they spammed into the group chat from that café, never suspecting it would overwrite his real name and spawn an entire lexicon of furkansloos, furkanjer, and daily variations which they are still inventing.
